Night Doula Support
A deep breath out, and a chance to rest
The early weeks with a new baby can feel especially intense during the night. Even when things are going well, sleep deprivation can build quickly and affect how you feel physically and emotionally.
Night doula support is designed to give you space to rest and recover, while your baby is cared for in a safe and attentive way. It allows you to step out of the night-time responsibility for a few hours, knowing you are supported.
This support is for you if you are:
-
Feeling exhausted and needing more uninterrupted rest
-
Struggling with night feeds or broken sleep
-
Wanting reassurance and confidence during night-time care
-
Recovering from birth and needing more time to rest
-
Wishing to feel less alone during the night hours
How night support works
Night support takes place in your home, usually for 7–8 hours (for example 10pm–6am or 11pm–7am), with flexible timings depending on your needs.
During the night, I provide relaxed, attentive care so you can rest while knowing your baby is being supported.
During the night I can:
-
Care for and settle your baby while you sleep
-
Bring your baby to you for feeds and settle them afterwards
-
Support breastfeeding or bottle feeding
-
Help you feel more confident with night-time routines
-
Offer guidance when things feel uncertain
-
Keep the night organised so the next day feels more manageable
Flexible options
You can book:
-
One-off nights when you need extra rest
-
A short block of nights (for example 2–3 nights per week)
-
Longer-term support during the early postnatal period
Availability
Night support is currently available Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights.
Investment
£29 per hour

My aim
To help you rest, recover, and feel more supported during the night-time hours of early parenthood.
To ease the weight of exhaustion, so the nights feel less overwhelming and the days feel more manageable.
More rest. More reassurance. More space to recover.
