Hypbnobirthing &
Antenatal Education

Mind and body working together

I support parents in Surrey to feel prepared and confident for birth using hypnobirthing tools alongside practical antenatal education.

Hypnobirthing is not about being quiet or perfectly serene. It’s about understanding what your body is doing during labour, working with it, and staying present in the moment with greater awareness of your mindset and emotional state.

Alongside hypnobirthing techniques and mindset preparation, sessions also include comprehensive antenatal education covering birth, breastfeeding, newborn care, and early parenthood support.

What this course may support you with

  • Wanting to feel more prepared and informed for birth

  • Wanting to better understand the connection between body, mind, and birth

  • Feeling anxious or overwhelmed by fear-based birth stories

  • Wanting tools to feel more grounded during labour

  • Understanding how your body works during birth

  • Planning a home or hospital birth and wanting to explore your options

  • Wanting your birth partner to feel more involved and confident in supporting you

What’s included

Investment: £397
Number of sessions: 4
Duration: Approximately 3 hours per session

When is the best time to start?

Just as your body needs around nine months to grow a baby, your mind also needs time, attention, and care.
Hypnobirthing can support you at any stage of pregnancy (and beyond), but the earlier you begin, the more space you have to gradually explore your subconscious and shape a more supportive mindset for birth.

With time, patience, and practice, these tools can become something you truly lean on when it matters most.

What’s included in the sessions

  • Understanding what hypnosis and hypnobirthing actually are

  • Breaking down common myths and focusing on what is genuinely helpful

  • Exploring how the subconscious mind can influence the experience of birth

  • Understanding what is happening in the body during labour

  • Natural and medical pain relief options

  • Movement and positioning to support labour progress

  • Exploring your options and informed decision-making

  • Preparing your birth partner to support you effectively during labour

  • Tools to move away from fear-based thinking

  • Simple hypnosis and relaxation techniques for labour

  • Birth preparation, breastfeeding basics, and newborn care support

My aim

To help you feel more anchored in yourself as things change.
Not needing to control every moment, but knowing how to respond to it.

To support you in feeling more informed, more connected to your body, and more able to trust the process of birth.

More clarity. More presence. More confidence for you and your birth partner.

Support

The aim is to help you feel more present, informed, and able to respond in a way that feels right for you.

Included support

  • Helpful handouts to support your learning between sessions

  • WhatsApp support for questions and reassurance

  • Simple tools and techniques you can continue using throughout pregnancy and labour

  • Book recommendations and practical newborn essentials guidance if helpful

Whether this is your first baby or you are welcoming another, my aim is to help you feel informed, supported, and confident as you prepare for birth and as your family adapts to a new arrival.
