Amazing news! I am in the process of becoming an accredited Doula, which means that you will have 2 Doulas for the price of 1.
From 30 weeks pregnancy
2 consultations of 2 hours each where we will cover your birth plan and preferences, experiences / expectations and beliefs, scientific-based information about births and different approaches.
I will be in reach by whatsapp for any concerns you and/or partner may have.
On-call from week 38 until your birth
I will be on-call counting from your 38 weeks pregnancy until the big day arrives.
I will endeavour to be there throughout the labour process and provide the support you and/or your partner needs.
This includes our previous discussions about pain relief methods and birth preference.
Up to 3 weeks after giving birth
I will give you some time to enjoy your love bubble and to get adjusted to the new routine.
This includes a of 2-3 hours visit for a reality check where we can explore questions or concerns you may have.
Home visits
You can book additional home visits of 3 to 4 hours to have the support you need to go through in the early stages after giving birth.
(Even 'just' to have the nap you need)
30 min
Book an initial meeting so we can get to know each other better. It's a 30min zoom call where we aim to know each other better and answer any questions.
