Night Doula Support

A deep breath out, and a chance to rest

The early weeks with a new baby can feel intense, especially at night.

You might be getting through it, but feeling the tiredness build up.

I’m here to take some of that weight off, so you can rest, knowing your baby is cared for.

Night support is about creating space for you to rest and recover, while your baby is being taken care of and having the guidance you need throughout feeding and little things that might be causing you stress or anxiety.

During the night, I can:

• Settle and care for your baby while you sleep
• Bring baby to you for feeds and resettle afterwards
• Support with breastfeeding or bottle feeding
• Help you feel more confident with night time routines
• Offer practical guidance when things feel unclear
• Keep things organised so the next day feels easier

Having someone there so the night doesn’t feel so heavy, and the days feel a little more manageable.
