Birth & Labour

From Bump to Baby:
Continuous Support through pregnancy, birth, and early postpartum

I offer continuous doula support in Surrey to guide you through pregnancy, birth, and the early days with your baby. This is a fully supported journey designed to help you feel informed, reassured, and held throughout your experience.

It is centred around your choices, your voice, and your birth partner’s involvement, helping you feel confident as you explore your options and navigate each stage of pregnancy, birth, and postnatal life.

This support is for you if you are:

  • Wanting continuous support from pregnancy through birth

  • Wishing to feel calm, informed, and reassured during labour

  • Wanting your birth partner to feel confident and involved

  • Looking for emotional and practical support throughout your journey

  • Wanting someone familiar with you and your preferences to be present at birth

 Investment

  • £1750 or £1850 with hypnobirthing

(transport included, parking not included)

 What’s included

  • 3 antenatal sessions (4 if hypnobirthing is included)

  • On-call support from 38–42 weeks

  • 24/7 support during labour

  • Ongoing WhatsApp support throughout

  • 1 postnatal visit (approx. 3 hours)

 Antenatal preparation

During our antenatal sessions, we focus on helping you feel prepared, informed, and confident for birth and early parenthood.

You’ll have space to explore your options, ask questions, and understand what to expect so you feel clearer and more supported as birth approaches.

When labour begins

From 38 weeks, I will be on-call 24/7, ready to support you when labour starts.

I am available throughout via WhatsApp for reassurance, guidance, or questions as things unfold.

When labour begins, I will join you and your birth partner, offering continuous support while always respecting your preferences and choices.

My role is to help you feel safe, supported, and connected to your own strength throughout labour.

I also support your birth partner so they feel confident, involved, and able to support you in a meaningful way.

After your baby is born

Once your baby is in your arms and you are settled, I will quietly step back to give you space to rest, bond, and enjoy those first moments together.

In the days following birth, I return for a postnatal visit to support your transition into early parenthood.

This may include:

  • Feeding support

  • Emotional wellbeing check-in

  • Newborn care guidance

  • Light chores at home

  • Space to reflect on your birth experience

My aim

To provide you and your birth partner with knowledge, reassurance, and continuous support throughout your journey into birth and early parenthood. To help you feel more informed, supported, and able to find clarity when things feel uncertain.

To support you in preparing for birth in a way that feels right for you. Whether that is quiet and inward, active and engaged, or somewhere in between. My role is to help you access tools, understanding, and confidence so you can navigate your birth with awareness and choice.

I do not promise a perfect or pain-free birth. Birth is unpredictable, and each experience is deeply personal. What matters is how you are supported through it, and how you are able to move through it in a way that feels right for you.

My aim is to support you in feeling that your choices are respected, your voice is heard, and you are not navigating this alone. Alongside birth support, I also offer postnatal check-ins to help you settle into early parenthood with reassurance and guidance.

If you need additional support at home in the weeks after birth, I am also available to help during your postnatal adaptation.
